Egg Loaf French Toast Sticks

• 6 large eggs

• 6 oz cream cheese softened

• 3 tbsp butter or ghee melted

• 1/4 cup coconut flour

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1/4 cup Granular Monk Fruit

• 2 tbsp butter save for pan frying

Keto Whipped Cream

• 1/2 cup heavy cream

• 2 tbsp Granular Monk Fruit

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Keto Cinnamon Sugar

• 1/4 cup Granular Monk Fruit

• 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

2. Add all ingredients for the Easy Sweet Egg Loaf to a stand-mixer and beat until smooth (it will look like cake batter).

3. Add the batter to a greased loaf pan (I sprayed coconut oil in my 360 Cookware Loaf Pan)

4. Bake for 40 minutes then allow it to cool

5. All of the ingredients for the Keto Whipped Cream to a stand-mixer and whip on medium to high until a stiff peak forms

6. To make the French Toast sticks, heat a skillet to medium heat

7. Slice the Easy Sweet Egg Loaf into 16 slices

8. Toast both sides of slices in butter

9. Top with additional Cinnamon Sugar and Whipped Cream
