Keto Cinnamon Cream Cheese Stuffed Bites – The Keto God

For Cake bites (donut style)

• 2 1/2 cups almond flour

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp ground ginger

• 1 tsp nutmeg

• 1/4 tsp allspice

• 1/2 cup @swervesweetie confectioners

• 6 T butter softened

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup heavy cream

For cream cheese filling:

• 8 oz cream cheese softened

• 1/2 cup @swervesweetie confectioners

• 1/4 cup heavy cream

• 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Using hand mixer or stand mixer, mix together butter, 1/2 cup confectioners and vanilla extract.

2. Mix well then add eggs and heavy cream. Mix well.

3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, ground ginger, nutmeg and allspice.

4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time until mixed well.

5. Preheat oven at 350 degrees, and pre grease a 12 count muffin pan. Add mixture to muffin tin filling each evenly.

6. Using mixer, mix together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.

7. Using a tsp , drop cream cheese mixture into the middle of each muffin. Press down into the muffin mixture slightly.

8. Bake 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
